From their recent silence request:
"K224ET IS SILENT BECAUSE THE TRANSMITTER SITE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND THE STATION NEEDS TO BE RELOCATED. THEREFORE THE LICENSEE REQUESTS SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO REMAIN SILENT WHILE A NEW LOCATION IS FOUND."

The translator is also being sold to RADIO VIDA KANSAS presumably to join the KKLO simulcast on 92.7 when they get that one too.

Here is the license/coverage map of the old site. https://fccdata.org/?facid=36255

92.7 is having a problem right now... There are 2 10-second clips of audio with a transition in between in this recording.
In the 1st, it sounds as though diablo aliens have invaded the equipment and are interfering with the woman's sermon. And in the 2nd, a few minutes later, the audio sounds a bit different as though they're trying to adjust settings to fix it.

Can anyone tell what type of STL they're using? Sounds like a digital one.

That 92.7 sounds awful now. They were playing Spanish Christian pop music last night and the volume is way overkill, so it sounds like a waterfall. At least they got the skipping audio fixed, to their credit.

92.7 has been completely off the past couple days. As for the volume, they kept playing with it when it waas on, turning it up and down.
