Did KTWA/Ottumwa go all Spanish or is it just a program they have on Sunday? I was only able to listen Sunday afternoon and it was not the normal A/C format they usually run.
 
Does Ottumwa still have an EXCEL plant? If I can remember it was out in the Western Hills of Ottumwa. Has there been an influx of Mexican people in the Ottumwa area or are they just hoping to pick up some kids that watch Dora?
