92.7 pirate in the Webster/Southbridge area

Driving through the Webster/Southbridge/Douglas area the past week or so I've been picking up a spanish pirate on 92.7... sometimes music, sometimes talk. I know back in April the FCC dinged a Webster station on 102.7, does anyone know if this is the same station, or another station? Any info?
 
You may have been getting La Que Buena 92.7 WQBU licensed to Garden City, Long Island near NYC, during tropo. Does the station sound like a commercial Spanish station?
