The application paperwork is all fouled up. You have to file paperwork to request a CP , complete with engineering package, along with a rulemaking request. You have to pay all the fees up front. Worse yet, you may not even end up "acquiring the frequency" as the allocation eventually goes for bidding in the FCC auction process. It's all risky
As I've said in other threads, just because he files something doesn't mean it means anything in reality. There are no legally mandated ways he can magically convert a non-commercial FM to commercial allocation somewhere else on a new frequency.
Oh I’m sure someone there at the FCC is getting a laugh out of these applications. Thousands of varied applications, all boring as all get out, then you get this!
I don’t know if the guy is clueless, thinks the new administration in the FCC will make an exception for him, or if this is done deliberately knowing he’ll have another agency to put on his “hate list”.
