92.9 in Philly

How is it that there are 4 different sets of call leterts with the Veriety format in Philadelphia on 92.9?

WGGT ( Link LPFM )
WOOM ( Link LPFM )
WRGU ( Link LPFM )
WRLG ( Link LPFM )

Thanks,
John

They are all under a timeshare arrangement - not sure which station is on in which time slot, but they share slots on the same frequency in the same area (Germantown).

It appears three share the same transmitter at 15 watts and WOOM has it's own transmitter at 100 watts from another location further south.
