I think Pro-FM is a pretty bland & stale CHR for the market size it is too - but as far as copying other promotions... come on! Every successful promotion was most likely copied from another promotion! Just throw another coat of paint on it and it's fresh... and it's YOURS! Or just use it as is. That's the way CHR radio is played. [Just respin and reuse...]
By the way, their numbers are good... so no matter how bad anybody (including myself) thinks they sound... there's no reason for them to update.
