93.1 spanish station

Radio-Locator.com and FCCInfo.com both show nothing on 93.1 anywhere near Addison Texas.
My first guess about this station is that it's a so-called 'pirate', operating without a license.

93.1:

To the west: KSTV/Dublin-Stephenville airing a Country format
To the north: KMKT/Texoma airing a different Country format
To the east: KTYL/Tyler-Longview airing a Hot AC format
To the south: I only found a translator in Bryan as the closest to DFW airing a Christian format. I did found another translator in Corpus Christi airing a Spanish station.

I should also mention 93.1 in El Paso is "Kiss FM" airing a Hot AC format (not owned by iHeart) and in Amarillo as a Rhythmic format.

I heard it Thursday between 5 and 6 PM as I was driving along 635 between 35E and Valley Ranch. Seems strongest around Luna.

Now I'm hearing it--weak--at 183 & Regal Row. I just heard "I Can Only Imagine" in Spanish. I don't know whether all of their songs are religious.

No announcer or spots. Just sounds like songs from a playlist.

Also I didn't add (since I didn't know) there's a 93.1 translator in Cleburne airing the sports format from 1460AM. Other than that, that's all the 93.1's I found in Texas. It just might be a pirate station or a new translator in Dallas. I wouldn't know since I live in San Antonio.

For the past few days, I've been hearing an Air One station on 93.1, although it's weak, and I still hear the Spanish religious music mixing in.

The only Air One/93.1 on their affiliate list is WSAA in Cleveland, Tennessee. I think that's too far for it to be coming in as consistently as it is. There must be a new translator somewhere.

Seems awfully close to KLIF-FM's 93.3 signal.

So the translator would account for the Spanish religious signal. But there's still an Air 1 signal on 93.3, too.
