The tower in Rio, former home of 101.7 WRIO, then 102.3 WSJL, WJSX, WSAX, WMID-FM, WAIV, etc.
is owned by Nancy Shumacher, former owner of WSJL, and current wife of tower leasing mogul
Len Stevens. Anyone on there now is a tenant.
The NJ Avenue tower in Wildwood, former home of WCMC-TV Channel 40 and 100.7 WCMC-FM and
WNBR, is owned. 93.1's original construction permit was on that tower too.

If the antenna you are talking about is near a school or school admin building,
it's a wireless WAN link, not an FM antenna, although it looks like one.
There's a question I have had for a while: 95.5 was to, I believe, relay the WXXY Network at one point. Is that even on and, if so, what is it broadcasting?
