93.3 translator on without it's primary station

I hear classic country on 93.3. It's supposed to be retransmitting one of KZEP's HD channels yet KZEP HD2 is classic rock and KZEP HD3 is off. Is a new format coming to 93.3 or is IHeartRadio having problems with KZEP's HD?

93.3 rebroadcast 92.5 KBUC.

It does rebroadcast KRPT 92.5. KBuc changed it's name to The Bull.

KRPT isn't listed as it's primary station with the FCC, KZEP is. So it should be retransmitting one of KZEP's HD signals. I don't know how long KZEP HD3 has been off though. I bet they're working to fix it.

Although it has always said it rebroadcasts KZEP, it would be legal for it to relay 92.5 as iHM doesn't own the translator.
