93.5 Port St Joe applies to move to 93.7 and sale proposed

Omni Broadcasting owner of silent 93.5 licensed to Port St Joe has applied to move to 93.7 as a C2 and change city of license to Youngstown, FL.....also proposes to sell to a Catholic organization out of Pensacola....I assume the sale is contingent on the frequency and city of license change.......proposed tower site is the Channel 13 tower SE of Youngstown....about 20 miles NE of Panama City
