93.7 Georgetown

Is 93.7 in Georgetown still running Carolina Country or have they changed? I cant find a proper listen live link and am not in the area. I know the new owners took over a little while back.

I just looked and it turns out even 93.9 isn't Carolina Country. It's oldies.

Where have you been? sale happened in early May and format change took place in Mid May.

And how exactly was I supposed to know this? No one posted it.

It's been in industry news since then... not alot of news for SC gets posted here because .. well, not alot of people care i dont think.. and not much ever happens.

It's also on the wikipedia page for the station

Yes, if someone has bothered to update it, but then, how am I supposed to know?

Also, I made some fixes because apparently we're supposed to just know that WYAY is a different station now.

The good news is I may have a good station to listen to in a couple of months when I go there. I got tired of 94.9 the Surf pretty quickly and 105.5 Hank just isn't really what I'm looking for in classic country. Besides, classic country is something to listen to in the mountains.
