Noticed today that 93.7 KLBJ has an HD signal now. HD-2 plays heavy metal music, but wasn’t in the car long enough to catch an ID. Sounds like No control?!
No control radio, which is also on KGSR HD-3 which is why I suggested to have KLBJ -AM on 93.7 HD-2 instead of the same simulcast station. I hate to see HD channels wasted like that.

Last I checked Cox in San Antonio had their HD2 signals all rebroadcasting each others' HD1s. For example KKYX was on KCYY HD2, KISS was on KTKX HD2, what a waste LOL.
As for No Control maybe they're moving it to 93.7 since the HD1 is rock and HD3 signals usually have poor quality.

I get the KKYX on 100.3 HD2, but KISS on 106.7 HD2 doesn't make any sense to me.
KKYX had an FM simulcast in the early 90's for a year or two. Don't know how much it actually helped the ratings, but, after KMMX "K-Mix 106.7" filed bankruptcy, the owners couldn't walk away from New City's offer to run the station. That helped get Vision, KMMX's owner, out of debt, though I had once been told it would've been able to make it out successfully regardless.
