93.9 MIA stopset and DX in Orlando

While driving in downtown Orlando last Thrusday morning I picked up 93.9 MIA. Unfortunately, I had to endure at least a 10 minute stop set at from 8:52am, well past top of the hour. Could have sworn it was a 10 minute stopset. Is this common or a fluke? Never heard a jock, just "this segment brought to you by"...

When I heard the legal ID sandwiched in between spots I thought ok cool, back to the music right? Not quite, they went on to play at least 3-4 more sixty second spots. At least they came out of the stopset about 9:03am with Shakira, but not worth that long wait.

Painful, is this common? Thoughts?
