I heard WYSP on Monday morning following Howie's sign off.
This cat named Benji was on the air making a disgrace of himself and attempting to have some semblence of a phoner between gary the retard and Pete Best. I tuned in around 7:45am, and to me it sounded like someone at WXRK was trying to pass time, letting Benji practice radio. He sucked nonetheless, because at 8am he was told by tom chiasiano to sign off, and then they broadcast Howie-best-of.
This was pathetic radio, did anyone else hear this lame ass material before Howard's best-of?

I caught about 20 minutes on the way in this morning. The only reason I kept it on so long was that I was waiting to hear ONE thing that was even remotely funny or entertaining. That is 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back.
 
Howard Stern promosed Benjy an opportunity on either K-Rock or Sirius' Howard 100 and WXRK's Tom Chiusano agreed to give Benjy a shot - so that is what you heard this morning.

Judging from how poor Benji conducted things, I guess that is why he was never on-air by himself.
