94.1 starting to not suck so much

It's the return of the 80s on Jammin! It's about freaking time! Would like to hear more freestyle and breakdance, that stuff was HOT in SA back in the late 80s and early 90s.

Yea, unfortunetly the "breakdance" and "freestyle" dosen't bill. There's not a niche in this market for that genre of music in total...in other words, it won't sell, and if stations can't sell...the format wheel spins. A sprinkle every once in a blue moon (maybe 1-2 spins weekly) would suffice...but start saturating the format with those genres of music, and then say buh bye.

I completely disagree. First of all, you have to know the history of San Antonio. Back in the 80's and 90's KTFM ruled the airwaves and during that timeframe. Freestyle had heavy airplay in S.A. So seeing Jammin 94.1 playing Freestyle makes perfect sense. Perhaps, Freestyle wasn't big in other markets however; in S.A. it did really well.

I agree. Jammin 94.1 needs to step it up bit more. Less 70's and more Rhythmic 80's and 90's
