94.1 tries to go head to head with Mix 96.1

I think that is pretty ballsy of KTFM.

But I think if they aren't going to bring artist that are anywhere near as popular as the competitions artist, they shouldn't even attempt to try it.

He was right, Mix has artist with current hits attending their show. KTFM does not.

94.1 is a joke. It seems to me that they are adding a little more to Top 40 but still blending plenty of the Hot AC format, which hasn't worked from day one.

Pre-Currency- 94.1 is in the Top 10 however; that has a lot to do with Univision not encoding their stations.

So this big day is on Tuesday. I for one will be very interested in who has the show with more listeners.

Reply here on wed if you went to the KXXM or the KTFM show.

Ingrid Michaelson is pretty popular, and BNL has an established fan base before and after pop radio. It's not a bad lineup. Throw in BTE for nostalgia and it's a decent effort.

I heard that the Mix show was very successful. still waiting on the actual numbers. none of my resources have gotten back to me with an exact number just yet.

according to the people at Mix they say there were OVER 7000 in attendance for Not So Slient Night

WOW!!!!! From what I remember Hemisfair Park can hold 8000, thats pretty damn close to a completely full house.

Congrats guys.
