Just found out from a reliable source that 94.1 WYSP isn't flipping to sports talk, it's going to become a CHR station, 94.1 Now FM. CBS wants a piece of the CHR pie currently shared between Q and Wired. So now we're going to have even more CHR stations, as if we don't have enough. They'll start with 10,000 songs in a row. Have 3 CHR stations ever survived in one market for any length of time?

CBS has applied for the WNUW call letters for 94.1, previously held by 97.5.
 
Nice try. You misheard. CBS is actually going to blow up WOGL and turn it into "Fresh 98.1". Why else do you think they registered that domain years ago? ;D

After all the real format flips and continuing lousy stations the April Fools flips kinda lose thier punch. Now a REAL shocker would be a flip that actually stuck around after the first!
