94.3 Austin Spanish LPFM on the air

The other day I was hearing Spanish Christian music in Austin on 94.3 FM. Looking around I found KCDR-LP, licensed to CAMINO DEL REY with 100 watts at -11.1 M. They filed they were on the air.
Only thing is there's also KBPH-LP, licensed to AUSTIN CATHEDRAL, INC., with 100 watts at 11 M. KPBH-LP isn't on and they too filed they were.

KBPH and KCDR share a transmitter and split time on 94.3, similar to the KOOP/KVRX arrangement.

I know. But have you heard KBPH on yet? All I've heard is KCDR.

I haven't checked just yet. Looks like their timeshare has KBPH on from 2am-2pm and KCDR from 2pm-2am.

From looking around on Google for 94.3 in Austin I found the generic radio listings for the LPFMs, and also this.

I have a feeling that Facebook post might have been in reference to People Will Radio, an Austin Pirate that has had it's ups and downs but somehow is still occasionally on the air via their website. I'm not sure if they still have an FM outlet. http://peoplewillradio.org/
