94.5 Booster Goes to Kiss 107

IIRC any 92.1-107.9 station can be commercial except for the LPFM's. 88.1 thru 91.9 have to be "educational" or non com. Some religious organizations have bought or built stations and translators in the commercial band and have filed with the FCC to be "non commercial". This has more to do with taxable donation IRS filings than the FCC.

Or the opposite happens such as the former Family Radio stations in DC and Philly that was licensed as non-com in the commercial band but when put up for sale converted back to commercial.

I am guessing this 94.5 translator won't be airing Kiss 107's primary signal for long if it is. Clear Channel will likely feed it an HD-2 like they do with other translators.
