Long John To Birmingham's WUHT

Citadel Broadcasting has hired John "Long John" Long as PD of its urban AC WUHT/Birmingham, Ala. He started Monday (Sept. 18).

Long was most recently PD of Radio One urban AC KSOC/Dallas. Previous to that, he worked at Cumulus urban KMJJ/Shreveport, La.

Meanwhile, back at KSOC, OM John Candelaria will oversee the programming until a new PD is announced.
