94.7 - ABQ

Made my weekely trip to the big city today. Checked to see if the 94.5 translator was on yet. Nothing on 94.5 (not even the pirate) bit a BIG signal on 94.7. Couldn't stick around long enough to ID it (seem to remember it was Spanish). So what did I have there - KKIM, pirate, ??

My guess would be KKIM-FM. It's been simulcasting 97.7 for quite some time. I seem to recall hearing KKIM would air on one of the old KHFM translators around town, possibly 102.9.

KHFM stills ID's as KHFM and 102.9.

Signal on 94.7 was way too strong for what I normally get from KKIM. Maybe the wind in Albuquerque was blowing the signal my way :)
