94.7 FM Translator coming to Highland NY

Who is Susan Clinton and what's with this FM Translator Fetish she's has? Also heard she made a quick 50 grand selling WAMC the 102.1 signal in Poughkeepsie a few months back. She's littering the FM band making it hard for us good old FM DXer's!

She apparently is in the business of building translators. A further check of the FCC data base shows she has applied for 28 translators http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/prod/cdbs/pubacc/prod/sta_list.pl. Only 5 are currently licensed 1 of which is silent, the 94.7 Highland Frequency . Apparently there were some technical issued regarding a previous CP for 94.7 in Hyde Park (since expired).She has until April to get it on the air . I don't know if she is just in this to make money or to spread the word of Jesus but since she resides in Tennessee SUSAN CLINTON would appear to have no local interest ,as I thought the FCC required .
