That same blogger suggested on his Sunday edition of DAVE TV that PGC be moved to 99-1 because that western-suburb-weak signal will serve PGC's audience just fine. Wow. Though I am not a fan of that station's programming moves of late, even I think it would be crazy to move the cluster's top billing station to a weaker signal. DCRTV Dave went way round the bend with that one. Now replacing FRESH FM permanently, might be an idea. They certainly have to do something to get NEW into NOVA if they ever expect to make serious traction against TOP.

They could put The Fan on 94.7 and WNEW on 106.7. 106.7's signal is strong where 99.1 gets weak, and The Fan gets a stronger signal in DC itself.
