94.7 HD Station Changes

If anyone has noticed KTWV HD-2 is now some kind of non-vocals music station and HD-3 is no longer KFRG, but KNX, which had previously been on HD-2.

I don't know if it is me, but it seem the HD-3 channel has more difficulty coming it. Do all the substations run at the same power as the main station?

According to Wiki ...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KTWV

As of September 15, 2010, KTWV launched "Wave Classics", an HD Radio format featuring older smooth jazz instrumentals no longer heard on the main station, on its digital HD2 subchannel.

Could there be a reason why this station isn't being streamed much less mentioned? No word about it from KTWV's website and the HD radio website still shows the old subchannels. ???

I had to do a specific google search to find out about this station (and not searches about classics radio in general) and only found the Wiki article and

http://radioinsight.com/boards/topic/19112

listed. You'd think with all the money they're pouring into TV spots (watch KCAL and you'll see) they'd spend a penny on KTWV classic. ;)

Or is this the jazz version of New Coke & Coke Classic? :D
