94.9 The Sound heard on 95.7 in Delhi

If your suggestion is that this has something to do with a 95.7 move to north Cincinnati, you're wrong.

Nothing has happened with that application, nor does anyone know if it ever will. Certainly, the people who hold that license did not re-transmit "the Sound". Perhaps you've got a pirate there.
 
Someone playing with an FM radio kit, perhaps?

Don't know. But whatever he heard, didn't come from a tower near Sidney.

Whether or not its related I don't know, both 949 and 103.5 changed their antenna position on the WSTR TV 64 tower recently.
