94 WYSP

I'm sorry to say that 94 WYSP is no longer active rock, but as of today, they're a mainstream rocker (just like 93-3 WMMR is), throwing in classic rawk artists such as Tom Petty, Blue Oyster Cult, Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Eagles, etc. YSP has been mainstream rock since Y100's demise. MMR does lean alternative, because they've thrown in Oasis's "Lyla." I'd expect MMR to become a modern rocker soon.
Edited by PassDutch on 06/05/05 09:22 PM.

Yeah me, too. I did hear The Killers last week on WYSP but that's probably just because The Killers are playing Live 8 (London) and all the stations are promoting Live 8...

Killers' "Mr. Brightside" peaked #29 this week on the mainstream rock charts. Even My Chemical Romance (which plays on YSP) is on the active rock charts. I'd expect "Helena" on the mainstream rock charts.
