95.1 translator in Austin is off the air

I thought it was going to simulcast Radio Mujer Internacional on 1530.
The 1530 is carrying RMI.
The 104.9-HD4 that was feeding 95.1 is carrying RMI.
But after a few of weeks of silent carrier, the 95.1 translator went off the air.
Anyone know what's up?

is 1530 even on the air? that is another station that is having problems. sometimes they are on full and sometimes not. usually not.

Has this channel aired any programming at all since late 2011 when it went off the air after a few months of RMI?

95.1 came back on shortly after the announced sale with 1530. But all I heard was a dead carrier. Then it went off the air altogether. As I mentioned, the 104.9-HD4 that fed it before is on the air.

My guess is that they might be having trouble getting the audio to the transmitter. And if they fix it hopefully it's not 48-KBPS quality audio like it was last time.
