95.3 dance pirate hamilton/trenton area?

driving around just east of trenton today, i noticed somebody on 95.3 playing an endless loop of spanish flavored dance music/remixes. they get out well and completely overtook wzzo and wplj along i-195 and route 130 and seemed to peak in the hamilton township area. anyone know who this is, i assume it's an illegal pirate?

Maybe it's former WPYO 95-3 Party's staff trying to start something in NJ? J/K - I don't know.
