They are in that Misouri City antenna farm. I am too close to the 95.7 in Oklahoma to get it - but you may have a clearer shot from Ft. Worth. There are regular reports of it and KODA from Southern parts of the metroplex. Back in the early 80's, KRBE was an easy catch from the metroplex.
There was some skip floating around yesterday, and I expect today, too. I had a 92.9 from Tulsa yesterday.

And Chick-fil-A dinners are a big deal. East Texans are easily amused. No bull.
Hey CW, Isn't KKRW on Sr. Rd. too?CW said:rbrucecarter5 said:jeffdfw said:Yesterday morning I was driving on Loop 820 in Fort Worth and 95.7 The Wave (smooth jazz from Houston) was coming in crystal clear. That is the second time that has happened. Where is their tower?

95.7 is one of the 9 stations on the 2000ft Senior Road master antenna tower..(The original Sr Rd tower is the one that fell in the early 80s during construction of the FM antenna). Been on that stick several times myself..the Miller tower at Cedar Hill is its close relative in DFW; however, Sr Rd changed its combiner a while back in the HD conversion...so it may be closer to the Cowboy tower now in config.
92.9, 94.5, 95.7, 96.5, 97.9, 99.1, 100.3, 101.1 and 104.1 are the ones on Sr Rd iirc......
No, they share the antenna with 102.1 on another stick...and they are supposed to be directional (HOW the hell you make a FM antenna directional at 93.7 and NOT 102.1 I have yet to figure out!!!) Sr Rd is a Harris CBR omni antenna....KKRW could not operate from there becauae of their directional needs.purpledevil said:Hey CW, Isn't KKRW on Sr. Rd. too?CW said:rbrucecarter5 said:jeffdfw said:Yesterday morning I was driving on Loop 820 in Fort Worth and 95.7 The Wave (smooth jazz from Houston) was coming in crystal clear.
