95.9 Spanish?

It's a translator from Garland that has been talked about quite a bit on this board. It appears to be the originating station and not a translator.

From that page, it's city grade signal would be:

...but it sure seems to have a larger coverage area

This has all been covered before. Even if the supposed originating station on 91.5 is on the air there's no way that puny signal could be received at the 95.9 transmitter site.
The FCC rules don't allow alternative methods for relaying a station in the non-commercial portion of the band by a translator in the commercial part of it. Feeding the translator with a microwave link wouldn't be legal without a waiver, and they don't have one.

(sorry...day one P1...can't quit it) I miss Taylor...you two had good chemistry, I thought.
