Somehow my car radio pulled 95.9 in this morning (though I'm about 15 miles outside their coverage) and they are now 95.9 THE VALLEY. They played a 70's tune (???), an 80's tune (Men At Work - Who Can It Be Now), and a 90's tune (Tom Cochran - Life is a Highway), mainly rock/pop and it sounds like a Retro/Oldies type of Jack-Fm (Retro Hot AC-ish sound). Not enough time listening to confirm the position statement or musical direction. Just those three songs.

SORRY, NO DANCE. They probably used MIX-FM's mid-90s playlists to stunt while preparing for this switch since they share the building and the two studios are two feet from each other. I assume it was easier to just get into the database and pull up music MIX isn't playing anymore and stunt with it. Too bad it got dance fans excited.
