Like KTRH is on 93.7-HD3's subchannel? Maybe 94.5-3?

Also, any idea why there's a min and a half delay between the AM signal and the 93.7-3 signal?

Because there's a wicked long buffering delay on HD-3.
 
Speed of light is usually 299,792,458 meters/second. Due to strange forces unknown to mankind, it slows to +/-126,000,000 meters/second in Houston.

Not really, I made that up.
