They're selling the ones in the commercial spectrum in some larger markets, such as San Francisco, New York, Philly and D.C. and mostly replacing them with AM or lower-priced FM signals that they purchase for a far lower price. They're trying to maximize the value of some of their stations, which are worth tons of money.
