950 turns on HD

From Sonora to Baja, this is the 1st Mexican AM I've heard using the "Digital" mode that many U.S. AM stations have dropped.
Any others heard?

I think it came on sometime between 3-5pm on April 4. I was bandscan checking a few AM radios in that window, and a little after 3 I didn't notice any hash around 950, but around 5 on another radio I definitely heard the hash. Was going to post about it then, but looks like my laziness gave you the chance to beat me to it. :)

Better never than late, but oh well.

Some folks don't notice a fashion, fad or style until it's worn out it's welcome, and THEN they jump on.

AM HD is cancer for audio.
Some stations do kick the disease, but for others it becomes a way of life, and the defining aspect of their existence.

An unknown failure yesterday caused the amplitude modulation of XEKAM to fall to an estimated 20%. The digital
carriers soldiered on, and later, XEKAM returned to analog. Nautel touts "Robust" IBOC...

Being silent for a while today, XEKAM powered up @ 1:30 pm with a full sign-on/ID , and rejoined the 28 other
AM HD stations serving California. Of course, like the HD outages @ KOGO, KFI, KNX,KMIK etc, etc,
no explanation given for the interuption of its HD service. Enjoy.
