Salary cuts. That's what happens when the economy takes a big dump. Business contracts, just like the rest of the economy does. Anyone on straight commission has taken a huge salary cut this year. Would you like a salary cut, lose your job or watch the entire company go down? What's the least painful decision for a manager to make there?
Conflict of interest? If anything it's a conflict for the clients that she recomends Citadel to, IF they choose to view it that way. I don't see a conflict for an employer that knows what the deal is when that person is hired.
Share is down from a loss of 12-18 year old listeners that listen and diary more in the summer. Cume is still @ 60,000+ (Krock is 40,000). Share a year ago was 1.3 that's not improvement? The damage to the station wasn't done over night. It's not gonna recover overnight either.
