Dear 95x
The last three posts represent exactly the kind of "Scattered Thinking" that lead to a lot of little mistakes. Good local radio talent, which I am without a doubt. Scattered with the thought that you need a good local radio talent.
There are no good local people at Citidel? How about Ted Long? You cant get any more local and capable than him.
Then there is the amatuer stuff like Mullets *Laughing* Although it's fun to laugh at Little Richard when he answers so many of my posts, it's five years down the road and all I ever considered it as, was "long hair". Sure wish I could have kept it for the winters, thanks a lot. Arent you just a fun, and all-knowing person.
Decorative shoveling *laughing again* is hilarious too, but dont forget if youre in broadcasting. You are responsible for taking a business, like a crafting company, and growing their business so you can make your paycheck. Cutting it down only makes the job of sales harder. Which is your job (if youre actually doing anything in broadcasting that is). Bob, this is all radio 101, and I hope the stations can find people that can think straight. Airstaff and Salespeople should make EVERYONE feel needed, welcome and most of all comfortable. These fly-by's just dont seem that way to this old broadcaster.
Lets see if anyone can define just How conservative the Syracuse TSA is? There are many things that define being conservative and it starts with the way we dress and possibly mullets (lol), but there are plenty of examples of conservative things people do in the area that make us differant than other areas. What ones do you know?
PS Im on the air live right now, only from 5-7p M-F. Come on down!
