96.1 The Beat Debuts To Chattanooga

HITS 96 wasn't replaced, they are still on at 96.5 FM. 96.1 THE BEAT is Clear Channel's new Urban AC on a 250 watt translator. All syndicated/voictracked except for middays. www.thebeatchattanooga.com The main competition seems to be GROOVE 93, but also POWER 94.
