96.3 in Eureka hot AC or CHR?

It says on some sites that KFMI Power 96.3 is hot AC but the website playlist looks CHR. Has anyone listened to this station fully to determine what it really is? The market is too small to show up on yes.com's radio playlist. Did 95.5 change format to directly compete with it's neighbor station?

Last I heard them they were a Hot AC / Top 40 hybrid. They were carrying some kind of satellite Hot AC format, but where they had opportunities to insert a local song, they would insert Top 40 hits. That may have changed in the last couple of years.
 
99-1 Kiss FM is a well programmed mainstream CHR. Power 96.3 runs the satellite-fed Dial Global Hot AC, with CHR tracks inserted locally. They feature syndicated CHR programs like Party Playhouse, Open House Party, plus Rick Dees & The Weekly Top 40.
