96.3 JACK-FM techincal problems?

Is Jack-FM having technical or engineering problems? Last few days sound like lots of flutter and distortion, but not really a weak signal. Ideas?

At work, I was having problems with Jack FM. It sounded muffled and had to keep
repositioning the dial to make it come along with adjusting the radio antenna
(it's a Magnavox portable dual cassette boombox probably from 1991.)
Anyway, almost all the other stations were coming in a lot clearer.
Could be my radio since it's a dinosaur.
