Bandy and Bailey

Hey all,

Nice to see some chatter on the Cincinnati message boards.

From Cincinnati, still there once or twice a month and very interested in Cincinnati radio.......moved to Atlanta in April and listened to
Bandy and Bailey down here on the main country station. They were pretty good. I thought they were better than Ken and Kitty. I am not sure why they left here but the new guy sucks and I've switched back to the WLW wannabe.

As someone stated they only did local shows in Columbus, Lexington and in Atlanta, but thinking back the show could have been syndicated. Other than local callers, they pretty much stuck to just the country music scene with regular interviews with artists and actors/actresses. Never talked about the local scene much. It was entertaining and they played A LOT of music compared to any other morning shows.

My favorite Cincinnati morning show of all time would be Brian and Jon Jay. They were funny and if I remember correctly, they played a lot of music....I would say Bandy and Bailey are comparable to them...as far as the layout of the show.

Enjoy.

Take care,
dave
