I'm sure many of you don't want to here this but I believe that FM Talk will do fine in this market.
(a.) Most of the so called "talk formats" in Cincinnati/Dayton are located on signals that basically are bad - in particular at night (yes, 1360)
(b.) Several of them - such as WLW - are not exclusively talk (due to sports, etc.)
(c.) People still enjoy the quality of FM while driving or listening from home - versus AM
(d.) There is statisticlly a high concentration of conservatives - in particular in the northern suburbs where the 96.5 signal is located - who would support the format
(e.) Several other similiar markets such as Pittsburgh have made the move to FM Talk and are doing well.
Stay tuned!
