I found 96.7 tuning through the FM dial... They are situated between Classic Hits 96.3 & The Point 97.1. Hmmm, I wonder if the format might be something between -- Boomer classics??? Perhaps 96.7 could be the FM of the Q Am 670 when they were music? This was my thinking until today. I discovered that 100.1 which was religious programming is now simulcasting 96.7 FM. Depending upon where you are in the greater Las Vegas valley, one of the signals booms into your radio. A final thought is that perhaps like 104.3 and 102.7 swapping formats, maybe 104.7 KJUL with a lousy signal from a transmitter up in Mesquite/Moappa area will pull the switch. Then, maybe they can return the "KJUL-THE JEWEL" near the top of the ratings heap that they enjoyed when the original KJUL was broadcast from the 104.3 powerhouse signal that went all the way to Apple Valley. (KNYE/95.1 was the original signal on 100.1 before Art Bell let it slide to the religious formatted station.)
