96.7 WLLF Mercer, PA (Youngstown) Off Air?

At 8:50 I flipped past 96.7 FM on the dial to hear static, which is odd since I am less than 10 miles from the transmitter. Now, there is a dead air mono carrier. Anybody at Cumulus Youngstown know what happened?

Note: At 8:55 signal back on with music in stereo.
