96.9 FM Wilmington?

It looks as if the station is on the HD-3 of 97.5.

The 96.9 is W245CJ-FM, but shows in the FCC database as 97.3. They must have had a facility change.
It's on radio-locator as http://radio-locator.com/cgi-bin/finder?sr=Y&s=C&call=W245CJ&nav=&x=16&y=5

The 97.1 translator is licensed to Collingswood NJ

Thanks for your answer! I knew this station is on the HD-3 of 97.5 and on the Collingswood translator but couldn't find the 96.9 with a search by city at radio-locator and I can't tune it in my car near Wilmington either... Weird they make an announcement like that without even being on air yet...
