Looking at the latest trends released today, ouch. 96.9 The Wolf is down to a 1.8! Isn't this the lowest this station has dropped since their sign on in late 2018? I noticed Q 104.5 hasn't been doing too great recently either. Thoughts?
John Boy and Billy may be winding down and preparing to retire in the next year or so. They have already been removed from their flagship station WRFX in Charlotte, where they were a strong fit for decades on that classic rock station. Back in the day their redneck style humor was very entertaining, along with their curmudgeon commentator Robert D. Raiford. But today's tastes are now changing, and the redneck act may have gotten old.
