It is hard to believe that they got him to Eville in the first place. Pretty small "jump" coming from the top CHR in New York.
My guess is that SCC promised him XXX and again, did not deliver.
"Rumor" is, he went back to the Big Apple.

Fitz got engaged and both he and his fiance are from NY. Doing nights in EVV doesn't exactly give one the sense of security, financially. He moved home to work for the family business. He's still doing freelance imaging.

Yes, I do agree with what you had to say, but I am sure there is truth in what I previously wrote.
Especially since his fiance made such a big move to come here. If he had never planned on staying for an extended time. Can't imagane him asking his sweetie to move for a few months....
