Will you shush, please? Sales of radio stations take forever to complete. It's not like you can go out to a car lot and just throw down money on whatever. Tiny stations in the middle of nowhere go for 10 million... And there's nothing on All Access.

I highly doubt that. WFPG alone would be worth at least 25
mil in that market based on status in ratings, signal and
certainly billing--which drives the AC cluster. All 3 would
be worth more like 50M.

I am assuming that this crapola is coming from someone across
the street. Someone who has had the screws turned tighter
and tighter on him as he struggles to make the drunken spending
spree he went on over the past 5 years pay off for his equity
investors. If Millennium is selling then it won't be for less
than the stations are worth. Certainly not given the success
they have had so far and the platform they have built in the
Garden State. And there isn't a hip-hop or urban station in
the bunch. (that would be because while those stations make
all of the R&R radio geeks gush....they are a drag on earnings)
