Just a second at a time, but definitely. What could cause that?
Dang, olebud. I'm impressed! You spent ENTIRELY too much time hanging out with Everett Lawson!olebud said:Watt, could it be motor-boating..or insufficient grid bias in the final stage?

"LOVE this channel--as do my daughter AND mother! Just wish you would drop Bob and Tom--I would much rather hear music while commuting, and at work. In the office, we have to listen to Jack until Bob and Tom goes off..."
"Just found your station today...Its great, I have been looking for station that played oldies. I am glad you are there."
Execs can do all the "research" they want, but it's easier for people to voice their opinion these days on social media. Classic hits/oldies isn't dead and if advertisers think only people over 54 are hearing it, they're wrong! I was at a gathering the other day where the oldest person in the room was 24 and the conversation transcended into singing "Oldies 96.3" jingles and talking about missing that station and format. While most of you guys had KDF, WMAK, and Y107, my generation had Oldies 96.3. That's the one that we all mark as the legend, not the River or Party as demo's would suggest.

I do fine myself listening to 97.1 more and more on my drive home. I listen to WVCP 88.5 in the morning, though. That station will play some songs I haven't heard since the 60's,which will bring back great memories. Wish they could up their power more or move the transmitter closer to Nashville.
