97.1 Station in Lockhart?

Anyone know anything about 97.1 in Lockhart? They call themselves I believe KJCI? caldwell county's jukebox? Its blowing out KJ 97. Illegal station? I find nothing about it on FCC.
 
no didn't see anything about 97.1 either on the fcc site, i did notice they recieved two fm translators for lockhart one on 99.3 and the other 0n 107.9.
 
Those 2 are not on the air yet. With KISS being so close I don't see 99.3 ever comming on.
