Sort of.

Since it was allocated to Longview under Docket 80-90, nothing has happened to the frequency. It may finally see activity down the road in Waskom, but in name only. In reality it may become the new home of KBED (formerly on 102.9) Shreveport, which has been off the air since early this year. That occurred when Cumulus decided to put their upstart move-in KVMA-FM on 102.9 due to interference issues with military aircraft radios when they signed on at 107.9.
